Founded in the USA in 1983 by Gary W. Keller and Joe Williams, Keller Williams Worldwide has grown from a single office in Austin, Texas to a company of over 200,000 brokers in more than 50 countries around the world. Keller Williams is currently the largest real estate franchise in the world in terms of both number of real estate brokers and number of transactions.
Project goals: to create an AI environment to support brokers in their daily work.
Development of a Comprehensive AI Environment:
- Creation of a complex application that serves as a central platform for real estate brokers to log in.
- Within this platform, brokers have access to all key AI-enabled features and tools.
Key Features AI Environment:
- AI Chat: an intelligent chatbot to support brokers in their daily tasks, providing instant advice and assistance.
- Text AI Templates: a wide selection of preset templates for a variety of purposes - from creating property listings to creating content for social media and emails. The templates were designed in part based on specific Keller Williams requirements.
- AI Image Generation and "Image to Image" Features: tools for creating visualizations of interiors and exteriors, as well as for improving the quality of existing images.
Personalisation and Branding:
- The entire AI environment was customized and branded in line with the Keller Williams corporate identity, including the logo and corporate colors. This ensured that brokers feel as comfortable as possible in the environment and can fully focus on their work.
AI Environment:
- A total AI environment branded with Keller Williams logo, colors and other elements to make brokers feel as comfortable as possible.
AI Image Generation:
- Ability to create AI images of interior and exterior properties.
- Access to the "image to image" section to visualize interiors and improve image quality.
